How long does it take to make a custom suit?
Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks. For rush orders, our Premium and Branded packages offer expedited options with delivery in as little as 2 weeks.
What if my suit doesn't fit perfectly?
We offer alteration coverage as part of every package. If your suit needs adjustments, we'll cover up to $100 in alterations with your local tailor, or you can send it back to us for fixes.
Can I order sample fabrics before deciding?
Absolutely! Our Sample Kit service allows you to order swatches of our fabrics and lining options so you can touch and see the materials in person before making your final decision.
