Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time before your suit goes into production. Just contact us, and we'll adjust your order and pricing accordingly.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, the price you see is the price you pay. All packages include shipping, alterations coverage (up to $100), and our fit guarantee. The only potential add-on would be if you choose to order additional sample kits or rush delivery.
What's included in the event planning tools?
Our Basic Checklist (Standard tier) includes timeline templates and task lists. The Full Dashboard (Premium tier) adds vendor management, guest tracking, and customized schedules. Premium + Concierge (Branded tier) includes all these plus a dedicated event specialist for personalized support.
Do you offer group discounts for wedding parties?
Yes! For wedding parties with 5+ suits, we offer a 10% discount on all packages. For 10+ suits, the discount increases to 15%. The groom's suit also receives a complimentary upgrade to the next tier when booking 5+ suits.
